Shares on the secondary market are sold by other investors, not by Asset Union. You're buying someone's existing ownership stake in a real property LLC — at whatever price they've listed.
No lock-up periods
There's no minimum holding period. You can list your shares for sale from the day after purchase settles. The secondary market is always open — buyers and sellers set their own terms.
Your legal rights transfer with the shares
When a trade completes, LLC membership transfers to the new owner. They inherit the same rights you held: daily rent entitlement, governance votes, and legal documentation — all recorded on-chain.
Every trade is compliance-checked
Shares can only move between KYC-verified, whitelisted wallets. No unverified wallet can receive a transfer. Every transaction is recorded on-chain and visible in the public transaction history.
Buying shares from another investor takes
The secondary market works just like the primary — except inventory comes from other investors, not new property offerings.
